The absolute best book I've ever read on discovering your potential in life and going for it! Don Mann shares many of the his own experiences as a Navy SEAL and outstanding endurance athlete to show the reader how anyone can succeed in any and all aspects of life -- not just sports. I especially liked the chapter "Learning from Failure" since failure stops many of us in our tracks, and many of us simply give up on our dreams! He quotes Churchill: "Failure is not fatal!"
If you finish "Reaching Beyond Boundaries," give Don's "The Modern Day Gunslinger" a read. It's another outstanding book from a very extraordinary individual!
